Approval Process
Once you have let us know that you are interested, we will contact you and arrange a phone and/ or in-person interview with our Operations Director.

Store Selection & Financials
Once you have passed the interview and testing
process, we will ask for your consent to conduct any necessary credit and background reviews. We will also determine what store location works best for you.

Training Program
We will discuss your resume and other relevant experience/qualifications. Once all reviews have successfully been completed, you will complete a
3-week training program within one of our retail locations.
